RETURNS

At BECCA by Rebecca Virtue Swim we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving of your purchase.

The product must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted. All products must also have the original tags and sanitary liner intact. 

Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Becca Swim's discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. Becca Swim cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled items.

We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact us.

A return label is provided in your package, please use that label for your returns. We will issue refunds to the original payment on file.

Sale items are non-refundable. No Returns. No Exchanges. No Exceptions.  Please double check your sizes! No modifications can be made after your order is placed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item(s) using the shipping label provided with your order for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s). 

International Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.
